You might be here because you've been doing your best to hold everything together -- but it's starting to feel exhausting. Maybe your mind won't slow down, you're feeling stuck, or you're tired of carrying the weight on your own. Therapy can be a space to breathe, make sense of what you're experiencing together, and take meaningful steps toward feeling more like yourself and reconnecting with what matters most to you.

How I Can Help

I work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, anger, stress, trauma, ADHD, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, substance use, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and other approaches when helpful. Together, we'll build practical skills, deepen self-understanding, and help you move toward the life you want to live and the person you want to be. Basically, I’m here to help you become your own therapist!

What It's Like to Work With Me

Clients often describe me as warm, genuine, flexible, and easy to talk to. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are, without fear of judgment. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and adaptable, offering both emotional support and practical strategies while gently encouraging growth at a pace that feels right for you.

My Approach

I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and person-centred principles to help you better understand yourself, navigate life's challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change.

A Little About Me

Outside of the therapy room, you'll usually find me spending time with the people (and animals!) I love, whether that be kayaking, trying a new coffee shop, playing pickleball, reading, soaking up the sun, or watching a movie. I believe the little moments in nature, connection, and adventure are some of the best ways to recharge.
