You might be here because life has been feeling heavier than usual. Maybe anxiety keeps your mind racing, low mood has made it hard to find joy or motivation, or the pressure to be perfect leaves you feeling exhausted and never quite "good enough." Whatever brought you here, you don't have to carry it on your own.
How I Can Help
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, perfectionism, traumatic experiences, self-harming tendencies and challenges with regulating intense emotional expression. Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck in a compassionate, nonjudgmental space, while building practical tools, greater self-understanding, and self-compassion. My goal is to help you feel more confident, balanced, and empowered to move toward a life that feels meaningful and authentic to you.
What It's Like to Work With Me
Clients often describe me as warm, empathetic, and easy to talk to. My approach is collaborative and grounded in curiosity and fierce compassion, creating a trusting, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to be vulnerable and explore your experiences openly. I take an anti-oppressive approach that recognizes the impact of each person’s unique background, identities, and life experiences, and I strive to listen with openness, respect, and care as we work together toward meaningful, values-based action.

My Approach
I take an anti-oppressive approach informed by CBT, ACT, DBT, CPT, mindfulness-based, self-compassion focused and trauma-informed care. I tailor therapy to the unique needs and goals of each client.
I received graduate training through the Anxiety Treatment Research Clinic at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton and obtained a Master of Science degree in Psychotherapy from McMaster University. I volunteered as a crisis responder for suicide prevention and distress services for 7 years at Distress Centres of Greater Toronto.
A Little About Me
Outside of being a therapist, I enjoy spending time with my family, unwinding with re-runs of my favourite sitcoms, and taking on escape room challenges. I also love spending time by the beach in the summer months, where I can slow down, recharge, and appreciate the little moments.
