You might be here because you may be anxious, stuck, grieving, or struggling with new transitions in life. The therapy space is an opportunity to feel accepted and supported when life becomes overwhelming, disconnected, or lonely.

How I can help

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, mood changes, sleep difficulties, grief and loss, and other general life stressors. I also support clients navigating life transitions, including pregnancy and postpartum, emerging adulthood, health changes, and transition to older age. My hope is not only to work towards new skills and strengths, but also to guide individuals towards self-discovery and self-acceptance.

What it’s like to work with me

My approach is nonjudgmental and compassionate, providing a space to be present with whatever shows up whether it be pain, joy, struggle, or loss, while also building tools and skills to move forward and heal.
