You might be here because... you are feeling chronically overwhelmed or exhausted, feeling misunderstood and struggling to identify and communicate your needs, or feeling stuck in patterns that may have once been helpful but are now holding you back, then I’d be so happy to meet you.
How I Can Help
I work with folks aged 15+ who identify as Neurodivergent, whether diagnosed, self- diagnosed, or looking to explore this possibility. I also support those who have experienced complex trauma, are experiencing low or fluctuating mood, anxiety, or OCD-related concerns. Together we can work on self-compassion and self- understanding, rework patterns that have come from trauma, learn to unmask in a safe way, and manage demands to reflect your capacity.
What It's Like to Work With Me
As someone who is Neurodivergent myself, I can understand how challenging it can be to live and navigate a world not built for you. My approach is focused on neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed principles such as: safety (emotional, physical, and sensory), collaboration while respecting autonomy, accommodating differences rather than seeing them as something that needs to be changed, and working within your capacity.

My Approach
I use a combination of different therapies including IFS/parts work, somatic approaches, CBT, and DBT skills. We will work together to decide which make sense for you and your needs and preferences.
A Little About Me
When I’m not at work I love painting in brightly coloured acrylics, hiking and swimming, playing with my two dogs, and collecting rocks.
