You might be here because you are feeling burnt out, anxious, or completely exhausted from holding everything together on your own. When life keeps piling up—whether it's everyday stress, painful past experiences, or overwhelming thoughts—it is easy to feel lost and worn out. Whatever brings you here today, this is a warm, safe space where we can pause, unpack the weight, and figure out the path forward together.

How I Can Help

I support adults and youth navigating a wide range of challenges, from everyday stress and anxiety to trauma, psychosis, and major life changes. I know how much courage it takes to reach out for support, and I honor that by meeting you exactly where you are with warmth, kindness, and absolute acceptance. Our work is a steady, collaborative partnership where we move at your pace to lighten the weight you are carrying and focus on what matters most to you. Together, we will draw out your natural internal strengths and discover practical, real-world tools so you can move forward with confidence and peace.

What It's Like to Work With Me

Therapy with me is simple, warm, and real—a comfortable environment where you can speak freely without having to filter your thoughts. I meet you with genuine kindness, open curiosity, and zero judgment, always honoring you as the true expert on your own life. Sharing your story takes trust, and it is a privilege I hold with great care and respect. Together, we will explore what you’re going through at a pace that feels entirely safe, comfortable, and right for you.

My Approach

I care deeply about seeing you as a whole person. My approach is integrative, which means our time together is tailored to your unique life, your goals, and what feels right for you in each session. I blend tools from therapies such as EMDR, Narrative Therapy, CBT, CT-R, and mindfulness, choosing only the pieces that make sense for your life.

A Little About Me

Outside the office, I keep life pretty simple and enjoy quiet everyday moments. You’ll usually find me spending time with my family, enjoying a good cup of coffee, reading, or hiking. Keeping things grounded in my own time helps me show up with a clear mind and open heart for the people I support.
