SHE/HER

BSc | MSc | RP

You might be here because… your mind never seems to slow down. You may find yourself constantly overthinking, worrying about the future, striving for perfection, questioning yourself, or feeling emotionally drained from carrying so much on your own. Maybe anxiety is making everyday life feel overwhelming, you're caught in cycles of intrusive thoughts or compulsive behaviours, you're grieving a significant loss, or you're navigating a life transition that has left you feeling stuck. Perhaps you're experiencing family challenges, feeling burned out, or looking for ways to support your child. Whatever has brought you here, therapy can be a space where you feel understood, gain insight into what's keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools to move forward with greater confidence and self-compassion.

How I Can Help

I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, grief, family dynamics, burnout, emotional regulation challenges, perfectionism, and life transitions. I also support parents who are looking to better understand and respond to their child's emotional and behavioural needs. Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck while developing practical, evidence-based strategies that help you feel more grounded, resilient, and connected to what matters most.

What It's Like to Work With Me

My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted. I believe therapy should feel collaborative. You are the expert on your life and I'm here to bring curiosity, compassion, and clinical knowledge to help you move toward your goals. I'll support you while also gently challenging unhelpful patterns, celebrating your progress, and helping you build confidence in your ability to navigate life's challenges.

My Approach

I take an integrative, evidence-based approach to therapy tailored to each person's unique needs and goals. My work is informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), mindfulness, and exposure-based interventions when appropriate. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel both supported and empowered, so I strive to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe to explore difficult experiences while learning practical skills you can apply outside of session.

A Little About Me

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, travelling, staying active, and trying new coffee shops and restaurants. I also love spending time with my Cane Corso, Rosa, who is a daily reminder of the importance of slowing down, being present, and finding joy in the little things.
