What It's Like to Work With Me
I take a collaborative approach where clients are the ultimate authority on their own lives and I’m a teammate bringing the therapeutic tools. I encourage clients to come exactly as they are and I approach all parts of their stories with acceptance and curiosity. I value authenticity and honest connection and believe together we can examine patterns and work to create lasting change.
