You might be here because...you’re looking for a place to feel seen and make sense of what’s going on inside of you. Reaching out is often one of the most difficult parts. Having a space to reflect and understand what’s important to you and how to start listening to your inner knowing can be so powerful. Therapy can look very differently depending on what you’re looking for. I’m happy to connect with you to find out what feels right for you.

How I Can Help

I work alongside folks who are finding it difficult to move towards what’s important to them. That could be due to significant life changes, a loss, an increase in worried thoughts and low mood, a disconnection from people you love, thoughts that life isn’t worth living, or difficulty coping with significant distress from your past. Together we will work to uncover your story, regulate your nervous system and finds ways to move towards your values.

What It's Like to Work With Me

Clients have described me as warm, understanding and flexible. My approach is integrative, collaborative and shifts depending on what feels right for you. I will take your lead and use curiosity as a guide to highlight your internal wisdom. In session you can expect a combination of story telling, skill building, supportive challenging, and deeper understanding that aligns with movement towards your values.

A Little About Me

I love spending time outside - camping, walking, rollerblading by the water, finding bugs and slugs with my kiddos and taking hikes. One of my favourite spots is in my hammock, under the tree with a good book. I love to be anywhere near water. I love my neighbourhood and exploring local shops, thrift stores, and farmer’s markets. Moving my body and connecting with close friends helps me stay grounded.
