You might be here because your child is experiencing big emotions, anxiety, frequent meltdowns, or difficulty coping with everyday challenges. Maybe they're struggling with transitions, friendships, school, or self-confidence, and you're feeling unsure of how to help. You want your child to build emotional resilience while strengthening your connection as a family.
How I Can Help
Using a combination of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and play-based strategies, I help children better understand their emotions, develop coping skills, and build confidence in themselves. I also work closely with parents, providing practical tools and guidance so they feel supported in helping their child thrive both at home and beyond the therapy room.
What It's Like to Work With Me
Children often experience me as playful, warm and calm, while parents appreciate my collaborative and practical approach. I believe therapy works best when children feel safe, understood, and engaged, so I tailor each session to their unique personality, interests, and developmental stage. My goal is to create a space where both children and caregivers feel supported, empowered, and hopeful.

My Approach
I believe children learn best through play and meaningful connection, so I use creativity and developmentally appropriate activities to teach emotional awareness and coping skills. Every child is unique, and I pull from different therapeutic modalities to tailor therapy to meet individual strengths, needs, and goals while partnering closely with parents throughout the process.
A Little About Me
Outside of the office I love to spend time with my family, read a book, bake or work on a crochet project.
