Jenna (she/her) believes that everyone deserves a space where we can fully focus on ourselves, commit to our goals, and create a life that not only works for us but that we enjoy living. She acknowledges that life can be hectic and difficult but also recognizes that it can be hopeful, fun, and unique. Jenna strives to help her clients identify and maintain this balance by promoting balanced thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Jenna offers an empathetic and collaborative approach, providing a secure and supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, emotions, and relationships with openness and care.

Jenna enjoys having a flexible framework that adapts to the unique lives of her clients. She believes that therapy is not one size fits all and is passionate about working with clients from all walks of life. Jenna celebrates that you are the expert of your life and recognizes that it is a privilege to be able to fit herself into that puzzle.

Jenna completed her Masters of Science in the Psychotherapy program at McMaster University. She has experience working in private practice as well as at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton in the Mood Disorders Clinic. She was honoured to have received specialized training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

When Jenna is not in the office, you can find her walking her dog, sharing dinner with her friends, or catching up on the latest binge-worthy television series.
