You might be here because...
You may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about how to move forward. Perhaps you feel stuck in familiar patterns, disconnected from yourself, or unsure in relationships. Maybe you're navigating a period of change, figuring out how to balance everyone else's needs with your own, or somewhere along the way you’ve lost touch with yourself. You may be carrying a lot, even if it’s hard to put into words.
How I Can Help
My hope is to help you slow things down, make sense of what you have or are currently experiencing, and reconnect with your own voice. When life has been about responding rather than choosing, it’s easy to lose a sense of self. Therapy with me will look like helping you align and connect with the life you want to live and who you know yourself to be.
What It's Like to Work With Me
Therapy with me is values-based, collaborative, intentional, reflective, practical, and grounded in supporting you to live in ways that feel meaningful and authentic to you. I hope you may leave therapy feeling understood and while also feeling like you have some practical tools to help support you, when and if you’d like them.
You don't need to have all the right words before coming to therapy. In fact, part of our work together is making sense of experiences that can feel confusing, overwhelming, or difficult to name. Providing a secure and safe space where you can explore your experiences, relationships, and all the feelings that come with them, is at the forefront of our time together.
Throughout our work together, I'll meet you with compassion and curiosity while also gently challenging patterns that may no longer be serving you. Together, we'll work toward helping you reconnect with yourself and build a life that you enjoy living.

My Approach
I believe therapy should feel supportive and meaningful. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you better understand yourself, navigate your internal and external world, and create meaningful change.
I completed my Masters of Science in the Psychotherapy program at McMaster University. I also have experience working in private practice as well as at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton in the Mood Disorders Clinic.
A Little About Me
Outside of the therapy room, you'll usually find me sharing a meal with family and friends, walking my dog, getting outside whenever I can, or binge watching the latest TV series. I value connection, curiosity, and finding joy in the everyday moments, things I also encourage my clients to cultivate in their own lives.
