You might be here because you are feeling disconnected – whether its from life, others, or even yourself. Maybe life has become about trying to suppress the anxiety, or just trying to get through the day. You might be facing new challenges, like disagreements with close ones, transitions in school or work, or stressors you haven’t faces before. Whatever brings you here, I’m glad you’ve arrived.
How I Can Help
I work with teenagers, post-secondary students, and adults navigating anxiety, panic, OCD, depression, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative, and client-centred space where you feel heard and supported. Together, we'll identify your goals, build practical coping strategies and skills, deepen your understanding of your experiences, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
What It's Like to Work With Me
I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. Creating a space where client’s feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard is one of my highest priorities. I show up in each session with warmth, curiosity, and a desire to make the most of our time together. As we explore difficult experiences or gently challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviours, I remain mindful of client pace and strive to create a process that feels both supportive and manageable.

My Approach
My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities to provide individualized care. I often integrate attachment- and emotion-focused approaches to support deeper understanding and lasting change, and I practice through a trauma-informed lens in all aspects of my work.
A Little About Me
When I’m not in the office, I enjoy discovering new food spots around Hamilton and getting really competitive at board games.
