You might be here because... life can feel heavy when things pile up; whether that means feelings of stress or overwhelm, day-to-day concerns, questions about identity or purpose, or simply needing an open, nonjudgmental space to talk. No matter your concern, it is okay to seek support. In therapy, you will find a compassionate space to untangle your thoughts & discover new ways to move forward, with the ultimate goal of helping you feel grounded, understood, & ready for meaningful change.
How I Can Help
I support clients navigating life’s challenges with warmth & understanding, whether that involves anxiety, depression, or the weight of stress & major life transitions. My practice is welcoming to 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals, offering gender-affirming care & compassionate support through identity exploration or transition. I also help clients manage difficult emotions, relationship concerns, & the impacts of trauma, creating a safe space to & grow. Together, we focus on building resilience, identifying tools or strategies, & finding new pathways or insights to help you move towards a balanced, fulfilling life.
What It's Like to Work with Me
Clients often describe me as warm, compassionate, sincere, & an active listener. The approach I take is one of compassion, collaboration, & authenticity, but I am not afraid to gently challenge or confront when needed. I am always curious & supportive, aiming to understand & reflect. I always look at you as the expert of your story, with my role being to help you craft your next chapter.

My Approach
My work and clinical approach is client-centred, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive. I use evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) in my work. I aim to create a warm, safe, and inviting therapeutic space where we can centre you and your experience. I hope to foster an environment where you can be vulnerable, reflect honestly, authentically, and deeply, and where you can work on your own individual growth. I always ensure that you take the lead in your journey, meeting you where you are and walking with you to where you want to go.
A Little About Me
Outside of the office, I love to nurture my plants, snuggle up with my cats, throw on a new episode of one of my reality TV shows, or read the next chapter of my book. You can also find me relaxing at the beach, sitting around the campfire with friends, discovering new music, or expanding upon my extensive vinyl record collection.
