You might be here because you are looking for a safe space. it is completely natural to feel overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or just exhausted from carrying so much on your own. Whether you are a caregiver navigating a separation or divorce and trying to figure out the new rhythm of your home, or a child looking for a safe, welcoming space to explore your feelings, please know you are not alone. Whatever you are working through, therapy can be a gentle place to slow down, make sense of it all, and find a hopeful way forward together.

How I Can Help

I work with individuals and families navigating divorce or separation, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and other challenges. Together, we will explore the difficulties, strengths, and support systems in your life to help you build practical coping tools. My goal is to provide a safe space where you can develop self-compassion, gain valuable insights, and feel more connected. We must allow ourselves to feel in order to heal, and I would be honoured to support you through that process.

What It's Like to Work With Me

Clients often describe me as real, down to earth, easy to talk to and compassionate. I'm here to offer you a warm balance of support and curiosity, along with a gentle challenge whenever it might help you grow. Because therapy is not one-size-fits-all, I prioritize client-led sessions to ensure you feel heard, seen, and supported in a way that works best for you.
