You might be here because life feels overwhelming, and you may be trying to understand why. Maybe you are navigating anxiety, stress, self-doubt, low motivation, overwhelming emotions, or simply feeling stuck in patterns that no longer feel helpful. Whatever brings you here, therapy can be a place to work through your experiences with curiosity and openness.

How I Can Help

I support adults and adolescents (14+) navigating anxiety, depression, neurodivergent

experiences (including ADHD and Autism), burnout, low self-esteem, motivation struggles, and

difficulty managing emotions. Together, we will identify what may be contributing to your

challenges and build strategies that fit your life, so you can approach life with more clarity and

self-trust.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

Therapy with me is a space where we make sense of what you are experiencing, while you think

out loud without worrying how it sounds. I take time to understand your experiences, get curious

with you, and notice patterns that may be influencing how you think, feel, and move through the

world. Through thoughtful questioning and challenging perspectives, I help you slow down,

reflect, and consider different ways of moving forward.

Areas of Focus

  • ADHD & Autism

My Approach

My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which helps identify the

connections between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. I also incorporate Acceptance and

Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you reconnect with what matters most, along with elements

of Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for those processing difficult past experiences. Therapy

with me is shaped around you, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. We will explore your

thoughts, emotions, experiences, and values to better understand what is shaping your current

challenges and identify strategies that support sustainable change.

A Little About Me

Outside of work, I enjoy catching a good comedy show, swimming laps on warm days,

and hunting for the best late-night food spots.
