James believes that healing and flourishing happens when we have the freedom and safety to be ourselves in relationship. He is passionate about facilitating safe, compassionate spaces where one can freely express and explore their lives without judgment and is excited to accompany others in a collaborative process of meaningful change. He is presently completing his Master of Arts in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy from Martin Luther University College.

James has worked with clients who have faced a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, relationships, trauma, identity, shame, and spirituality. No matter their experience, he seeks to maintain a posture that is open, curious, and deeply relational. His therapeutic approach is person-centred and integrative, drawing on experiential modalities that focus on emotions, attachment, and the body’s innate capacities for healing. He is trained in the integration of evidence-based models including AEDP, EFT, and Narrative Therapy. James works with individuals and couples.

When he’s not at work, James enjoys diving into a good book, old cameras, playing sports, and prioritizing quality time with his family and friends.
