You might be here because you're finding yourself stuck in the same old patterns. Being aware is one thing—you may even "know" what you need to do—but when the moment arises, it's easy to get swept away by emotions, reactions, or familiar ways of coping. Relationships, whether with a romantic partner, friends, family, or coworkers, can be especially challenging, often pulling us back into patterns we're trying to leave behind. My hope is that therapy, through an equal measure of exploration, discovery, and self-compassion, can help create space for hope, healing, and a path forward.

How I Can Help

I am passionate about working with those who are seeking guidance around relationships. I also have a background working with individuals 16+ facing addictions, supporting and advocating for those experiencing or healing from domestic violence and/or abuse, child welfare, life transitions, loneliness, grief, stress, and general anxiety.

What It's Like to Work With Me

You will likely and hopefully experience warmth, genuine curiously, and gentle challenge in our sessions together. Along with a healthy amount of humor paired with some animated facial expressions.

Areas of Focus

  • navigating relationships

  • domestic violence/abuse

  • loneliness

  • life transitions

  • grief

  • anxiety/stress

  • general life challenges

My Approach

While my work is informed by various modalities, such as narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, person centered approaches, and trauma informed practice, I firmly believe that the therapeutic relationship is of utmost importance, as change often comes about through safety, connection, and collaboration. Therapy doesn't have to be rushed, or lack sincerity. Our work together will be paced with care.

A Little About Me

I love a good cup of coffee, a sweet treat after a long day, blasting classical music on my way to work, and running after my two toddlers.
