Christina is a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy from Wilfrid Laurier University. She also holds a Professional Art Therapist designation, having completed graduate training at the Toronto Art Therapy Institute. Christina was the first art therapist at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, where she conducted her thesis research and clinical training. She has also worked with children and families at the Dr. Jay Children’s Grief Centre and Yorktown Family Services in Toronto, providing grief and bereavement support in the context of serious illness and loss.
Christina is a warm and compassionate therapist who specializes in supporting children and youth who have experienced the profound grief that follows the death of an immediate family member. With experience across a broad spectrum of loss—including suicide, homicide, accidental, and overdose deaths—Christina offers a safe, supportive space where clients can process emotions at their own pace.
Her approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to the unique needs of each child and family. Christina walks alongside her clients through their grief journey, helping them discover their resilience, express difficult emotions, learn to cope, and feel less alone. She uses evidence-based, developmentally appropriate strategies that honour each individual’s story.
Beyond grief work, Christina supports children, teens, adults, and families facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, OCD, school and relational challenges, intergenerational trauma, and adverse childhood experiences.
Christina loves food and anything creative, and when she isn't working, she enjoys reading, crafting, watching Harry Potter, and spending time with her toddler twins and golden doodle, Dallas.

Most recently, Christina received an 84-hour certificate in Clinical Supervision from Wilfrid Laurier University. Christina is trained in the Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model (ITATM), an evidence-based framework that supports clients in safely processing trauma and adverse experiences within a structured therapeutic process.
