A welcoming virtual support group for adults (18+) who identify with having obsessive and/or compulsive experiences and wish for understanding, education, and community.

Whether you’re curious about OCD or have lived with it for years, you are welcome here. No formal diagnosis is required.

The group is four bi-weekly one-hour sessions, beginning February 4th, 2026, at 7:30PM EST. The cost per hour session is $70, covered by most insurance companies.
